From St. Vincent to Miami —
A Decade in the Making
Kristell Cambridge began her career in the world of promotional modeling and events in St. Vincent before bringing her passion for hospitality to New York City. Over the next decade, she worked her way through some of the most demanding event environments in the industry — refining her craft as a bartender, mixologist, and event professional before planting roots in Miami.
After years of working closely with clients, venues, and brands, Kristell noticed a persistent gap in the market: events were struggling to find hospitality staff who were not only reliable and polished, but who could genuinely elevate the guest experience. The staff was either skilled or professional — rarely both.
Shaken On Demand was her answer. What began as bartending intimate private events quickly evolved into a full-service staffing and cocktail experience company — built on a simple belief that every event deserves a team that shows up prepared, presentable, and proud of their craft.
Today, Shaken On Demand operates across Miami and New York City, serving luxury private clients, corporate brands, venues, and event planners who refuse to compromise on the guest experience.
